At Pilates with Ellen, I offer matwork Pilates classes for all levels, to allow you to move at a pace that suits you. I’m fully certified in matwork pilates with APPI, including their specialist Pilates for Dancers course.

About Me

 I spent over 10 years as a competitive dancer before moving into teaching dance and acrobatics at VLDD studio. Through my own journey, I’ve experienced how Pilates has transformed my strength, movement, and performance across everything I do. I love teaching and educating others and I’m passionate about helping people discover the benefits of movement through Pilates.
